1 — The 60-second summary
You agree to use Keevo as a person, not a bot, and not to break the law with it. We agree to keep your encrypted vault available, but we cannot decrypt or recover it for you — that is a feature, not a bug. If something goes wrong our maximum liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
2 — Your account
You're responsible for keeping your Master Password and Recovery Kit safe. We can't reset them. If you lose both and forget your Master Password, we can't help — and we'll be honest with you about it.
One human per account. Sharing logins violates these Terms. Family plans give 6 separate accounts under one bill — that's the right way.
3 — Acceptable use
Don't use Keevo to run automated brute-force attempts against our infrastructure, store CSAM, distribute malware, or violate any law. We will terminate accounts that do.
4 — Paid plans
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually in USD via Stripe. You can cancel any time — at the end of the current billing period your account drops to Free, your data stays. We refund the unused portion of an annual plan if you ask within 30 days of renewal.
5 — Warranty disclaimer
Keevo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
6 — Limitation of liability
Our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
7 — Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We'll wipe your encrypted vault and account record within 30 days, including from backups.
8 — Changes to these terms
Material changes get a 30-day email notice. Non-material edits (typos, broken links) get a date update at the top of this page. The full diff history is at github.com/keevo/legal.
